What is Weight Loss Challenge?

Weight Loss Challenges are 12 week courses of empowering nutrition lessons, blended into a fun and supportive community meeting. We have small prizes every week, and at the end of the challenge we award big cash prizes to the top three biggest losers! Each week we weigh and measure you to ensure the weight you are losing is body fat and not the muscle you need to maintain a higher metabolism.

It's great fun, really rewarding and we get great results. If you're interested in taking a look, why not pop along to one of the session for free to see for yourself

As your Weight Loss Challenge Personal Wellness Coaches, we are here to help you manage your weight loss goals by giving you tips on the principles of good nutrition, coaching on personalised weight management plans, and providing you help and support over the challenge. All in a fun environment!

You can join an ongoing challenge at anytime, as a weekly member for just £4 (this is for those that wish to have the info and the weekly weigh-in, but do not wish to be part of the challenge, therefore you will not be eligible for any prizes)
